Original master of the sequential image by unknown photographer.

However i think that the photo is more of photoshopped because the water was not actually that colour.
MY OWN SEQUENTIAL IMAGES.
After i did a research on sequential images and how to make them i decided to make several images for my digital arts project.I searched for several software which would help me create the images and finally used BeFunky. In this blog i am going to post my own images captured using my mobile phone that i used to create the sequetial images.I will explain every step with an image.
I decided to make sequential images on;
1.My shoe rack.
2.Inside my school bag.
MY SHOE RACK.
Introduction; below are sequential images that i made for my blog. Its called MY SHOE RACK its simply where i store my shoes and i will be explaining every step with a picture i took to come up with final image.
1.I started by taking a photo of the empty shoe rack,
2.On the first shelf i arranged my favorite sport shoes,
3.Then i added more rubber shoes to fill the upper shelf, arranged them well and took a picture,i zoomed in to capture the shoes i had arranged earlier.
4.After the upper shelf was full i arranged my boots which i mostly wear during the winter season on the lower shelf.
5.Then i added one more shoe and this is my favorite shoe because i love blue.
6.I finnally arranged all my shoes on the upper and lower shelf and took a picture and made sure i looked for an angle to capture all the shoes in the rack.
FINAL IMAGE.
Reflection:
I collected all the images and arranged them in order and come up with the final image. It would be better if i had accesed to media equipments to come up with more creative pictures rather than using my own phone and also if could take pictures of the sorrounding but because i did this project while isolating due to COVID-19 i had to work with what i had.
MY SCHOOL BAG.
INTRODUCTION; then after creating the first set of sequential image i decided to make another one and gave it a title as MY SCHOOL BAG.This is simply the items that i always carry when going to school.
1.First i started by taking a photo of a clean, plain surface where i would lay my bag and the items inside.
2.Second i placed my bag with the items inside and took a picture.
3.I then took out my stationeries that is my pen, notebook and highlighters.Along side are my spectacles which i never leave them behind especially when going for classes so i most store them in the school bag to avoid forgetting them.
4.After that i arranged my gadgets that is my laptop, tablet, my phone, earphones and my chargers incase my laptop goes off due to charge.
All the commentary in this blog post is copied from the 'Lensculture' website. As discussed in the session this week, research should include your own critical commentary and evaluation. How does the research inform your own work here? You also need to provide references for all sources you include on your blog.
ReplyDeletePlease make sure you start adding your own sequential images here. Explain your initial ideas, add technical process and add the final outcome with reflection on the blog.
ReplyDeleteI like the sequential images you made, but the one with the school bag seems to be missing. Furthermore, the research section and commentary seems to be a bit superficial and lacking in my opinion.
