User Experience.

In this blog, we were asked to work in pairs. The aim of the class activity was to look at each other websites and blog on the findings and quality check the site. I will consider the layout, design, fonts, or typography.

I was paired with Rozalia and below is the link to her website:

Her website looks pretty good so far but with few mistakes which she needs to correct before submitting.

Homepage.

The homepage has a title that reflects on her work which is very good. However, the home page includes the rest of her work of which I would like to advise her to edit and put the rest of the work as different pages. 

She has also included the navigation menu on the homepage she only needs to add her social links on the page if she has any.

About me page.

The about me page is pleasing as it has her professional photo. 

The biography is well written therefore I was able to know who is Rozalia and what she is doing.

The contact page

Her contact page is also good.


General comments.

She needs to put her work on different pages, not on the homepage.

Research on photographers using sketchbooks or journals.

For our self study this week we were asked to research designers, filmmakers, photographers or writers who are using sketchbooks or journals in our subject area. Since my subject area is on photography I am going to do a research on photographers, look at their work and analyse their working process and also discuss what I have learnt from this research. Below are example of photographers i have been looking at their work; 1.Eric Kim Source;   Eric Kim image Eric Kim is a street photographer currently based in Los Angeles. He was born in 1988 in United State.
