UX Testing My Website

In this class we learnt about UX testing.User experience design (UXD or UED) Is the process of of creating  a user interface design in order to give or customer satisfaction or gives an idea how the end user finds the interface and whether they find it easy to navigate or to use.I have created an example of feedback and response form on Google form that has several questions on how my website was like when a someone explored it.This is the form i created.

Feedback and user experience

I opened the Google form through a link that the teacher gave us in class , gave it a tittle FEEDBACK AND USER EXPERIENCE and started forming the first question.I clicked at the plus sign on the right hand of the page to add question one.I chose to use linear scale form of a question and gave it a scale of 1-10 


 I repeated the process but now changing the question format to mutiple choice and then added two questions that are to filled with short answers. 

I then customised the page by clicking at the circled feature in the screenshot and choose the colour of my choice.



After the form was ready to be used in the website i went on to my website and added another page for feedback and user experience and pasted the link because it would be easy accessing the from from the website.
